The Company
Our client is a pioneering provider of 'cloud' based software solutions for the B2B market. The recruitment of a Marketing (and Sales) Manager, based from their Warwickshire offices, is now fundamental to their ambitious growth plans.
The Role
Reporting into the Managing Director the successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing campaigns, coordinating with an external sales resource, in order to develop pipeline and improve brand awareness.
Specific duties will include:
Creating and managing marketing collateral including copywriting; market research; e-marketing; social media; SEO; web-site development; marketing communications; newsletters; new product launches; branding; exhibitions and specific marketing projects.
Evaluating customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implementing market plan amendments as necessary.
Overseeing all marketing, advertising and promotional plans both internally and externally with clients and suppliers alike.
Day-to-day updates of website, blogs and social media sites.
Delivering all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
Liaise with external sales resource and ensure continuity in the sales and marketing messages, as well as coordinating sales and marketing campaigns.
Liaise with external marketing consultants on marketing strategy development.
Working with Directors to develop pricing strategy.
Plan, manage and deliver key campaigns and events.
Update and maintain the CRM.
Reporting on campaigns, website traffic, KPI's and sales conversions.
Online product demonstrations to clients as required.
The Person
To apply for this role you should have a solid Marketing background, ideally gained within an SME environment, and if IT/Software related then all the better. You will be qualified to Degree (or equivalent) level and 'ideally' have gained, or be studying towards your CIM accreditations.

As this is a new appointment their is a degree of flexibility with regards to the package on offer, with a ball park figure of 30,000-40,000 having been discussed with the client, subject of course to depth and relevance of experience.
