Description:
Specific Tasks
  Support the Head of Corporate Services and wider Leadership Team to ensure consistency of brand and sub-brand identity. Review and revise current internal and external literature to ensure consistency of look, feel and tone
  Liaise with key internal stakeholder groups to ensure timely and accurate information is shared and communicated to appropriate audiences (internal, external) through the most appropriate medium (news letter, extranet, social media etc); ensure consistency of communications across the group and maximise good publicity.
  Design and write key internal communications including but not limited to policy documents/booklets, internal newsletters, website updates, PR briefings and blogs.
  Design and support individual marketing campaigns in line with the Groups Communications Strategy and Strategic Plan growth ambitions.
  Engage with customers and relevant stakeholders through social media channels.
  Catalogue, maintain and develop the organisations image library.
  Maintain a diary of key internal/external events and activities, manage the invitations list where appropriate, and ensure that events are photographed and recorded.
  Support the Head of Corporate Services in developing, producing and/or commissioning relevant communications and marketing literature, including copy writing and proof reading where appropriate.
  Support BCHGs brand position through effective event management; including identifying key stakeholders, booking venues, agreeing agendas, managing guest lists and preparing presentations and other supporting materials.
  Prepare and present oral and written reports to the Exec Team and Board of Management as required
  To attend meetings and/or training and development activities, and represent the group, as required.
  To support other teams with communications as directed.
  To adhere with the Groups policies, procedures and core values at all times.
  To undertake any other tasks appropriate to the post as required.
