Junior Sales Executive
up to 18k basic with OTE 25k (yr 1) + 23 days holiday
My client is a well established publishing house producing industry specific magazines and journals to the healthcare sector. They are seeking a new recruit to join their team to learn the ropes and develop their b2b sales skills. The is a fantastic role if you are someone who enjoys developing client relationships and would like to be part of growing this fascinating and exciting publication.
Duties will include:
Generating new business opportunities for the publication (1 print & digital and 1 digital)
Developing accounts so that you get to know the decision makers wants and needs
Discussing and selling a marketing package to suit their budget which could include: digital advertising space; print advertising; thought leadership articles; event sponsorship; delegate attendance
Negotiating fees
Upsell and cross sell to your account portfolio
To be considered for the role:
You need to be ambitious, positive and highly driven
Excellent communicator and confident on the telephone
Keen interest in the healthcare sector
Enjoy working as part of a team
Some b2b/b2c sales experience
This role attracts a basic salary of up to 18k plus first year OTE of 25k (uncapped), 23 days holiday which rises by 1 day per year up to a maximum of 28 days. Pension.
