Internal telesales executive - Warwick - up to 25k + commission
Our client specialises in the supply of secure storage units mainly to either companies that require extra space or to businesses that lease them out on a B2C basis as short term storage units.
The role:
Reporting to the M.D. you will be responsible for increasing their client base and market share, through account management of existing clients and internal telesales activities.
You will be able to operate as part of a close-knit team, and enjoy the challenge of B2B telesales.
Functions:
1.To review the market place to identify new customers
2.Create database of both existing and potential customers
3.Contact existing clients to ascertain current and future usage needs, as well as to provide them with an excellent customer service
4.Contact new prospective clients to promote the business as required to gain new orders
5.Attend trade exhibitions to promote the company and build new relationships
6.Identify competitors within the area and ascertain their market share
7.Provide high quality quotations along with any associated technical information required
8.Follow up on all leads in a timely and professional manner
9.Ensure any new sales are processes correctly
10.Ensure containers are delivered to the correct location, within time and in line with the clients needs
Person:
You will be an experienced B2B telesales person with a professional manner, the tenacity to build upon an existing customer base, seeking a role within a small and friendly department.
Package: The role offers a basic of up to 25,000 + commission
