Internal Telesales Executive
22,000 basic (rising to 25k after probation) + commission structure
Telesales Executive - Business Services
We are working with a well-established client, who is seeking a telesales executive to work at their head offices near Norfolk.
You will be responsible for contacting new and existing clients as part of an internal telesales team, to book appointments for a team of Field Sales Engineers. As such you should possess a friendly and persuasive personality, able to maintain professionalism at all times.
You will be required to assist Sales Engineers in planning for meetings that you have arranged for them and as such good organisational skills are essential
Key characteristics/qualities:
Minimum 1 years experiences B2B telesales / telemarketing (preferably to the outsourced service sector)
Target driven, motivated and successful in life
Positive enthusiastic can-do attitude, Tenacious, willing and not easily beaten
Able to secure quantified appointments through smart questioning and closing techniques
Excellent listening skills, possessing empathising with clients and the ability to successfully close the deal.
Professional personal appearance and attitude towards work
A team player who can work with others to help the team to achieve.
Dedicated and reliable, someone who will achieve KPIs and targets set

Salary: 22,000 (rising to 25k after porobation) + Good commission structure
