Internal Sales Executive - Bromsgrove 18k uncapped OTE 28k
My client is a highly successful organisation within the automotive industry and they are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to join their team. You role will be to the companys products and services to new clients to help the business achieve sales and profit targets.
Duties will include:
  Provide excellent standards of selling and customer service
  Maintaining and providing comprehensive product and service information to prospective customers
  Understanding and demonstrating customer care and high levels of customer service
  Displaying good listening skills to identify customer needs and opportunities
  Confidently making and closing sales
  Upselling to increase additional sales revenue
  React immediately to all marketing leads, and provide feedback with all marketing campaigns to maximise the ROI
  Identify opportunities for campaigns, service and distribution channels that will lead to an increase on sales
  Research competitor services and solutions to improve the companies offering
  Meet and exceed targets provided by the Sales Director
  Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets
Skills required:
  Excellent telephone sales skills
  Good communication skills both written and oral
  Positive can do attitude - they are a lovely bunch of people and only a positive thinker would fit well with the team
  Motivated, ambitious, desire to want to earn a higher OTE
  Able to prioritise workload
  Due to the location of my client you really do need to be a car/motorbike driver. Plus this role will develop into an external sales role with a company car etc. in the future should you targets be achieved.
