Two new positions are being created by this expanding & profitable business services & software solutions specialist. They have grown by over 40% in the last two years, having an enviable client base ranging from Blue Chip organisations, through to Local Authority & Emergency Services.
As part of a dynamic & productive Sales Team, the Internal Sales role is responsible for developing sales within the customer database, maintaining regular contact with existing & potential customers to develop a thorough understanding of their current & future needs. You will receive excellent initial & on going training, enabling rapid progression to Account Management and / or Field Sales roles with significantly enhanced earning potential.
The ideal candidate will first & foremost have endless energy & enthusiasm, drive & ambition. You will need to couple this with an astute & enquiring mind - the products & solutions involved can be complex and whilst a technical background is not required, you will need to be able to demonstrate your ability to absorb information & convey it effectively to your customers. Specific industry experience is not required, but you will understand the basic correlation between effort & reward.
