Internal Sales Executive (Business Seminars) - Henley - 18k - OTE 30k - 50k

The role
  Follow up on the following marketing campaigns
oElectronic mail shots
oWebsite campaigns
oWritten mailshots
oSales of motivational books
oAttendees at conferences, seminars and associates trade shows
  Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential clients to promote the business and proactively sell the following products and services
oOne, two or three day tickets to promotional seminars and conferences and open days
oMonthly subscriptions to the Success club - one to one coaching, and business advice
oYearly member ship - Advanced and in-depth coaching and advice
  Pro-actively monitor monthly membership lists, and contact lapsed clients to discuss their reasons for cancellation and to re-engage their membership where possible through great customer service, positive attitude and selling the benefits re-engaging as a client
  Attend Seminars and Conferences to ensure clients are receiving the most from the day, and to obtain future leads for your sales pipeline.
  Follow up on external enquiries through website, email and telephone incoming communications
  Continually promote the businesss core values and mission statement through your daily duties and work attitude
  Maintaining a central database CRM of contacts, and proactively manage all activity on the internal customer relationship management (CRM) system
  Help develop established script to use when calling existing and prospective customers
  Maintaining a system to ensure all follow up calls are carried out until an outcome is achieved
  Maintaining a daily activity spreadsheet whist working to achievable and focused KPIs to ensure maximum benefit from each day
  Preparing a monthly report showing all activity and outcomes
Requirements
  A real belief in selling and promoting the requirement of business motivational speakers and entrepreneurial business advice
  Enthusiastic, approachable positive attitude
  Hungry to earn commission through proactive telephone sales
  Great customer service skills
  Knowledge of Internal telephone sales and Account management
  Experience selling tickets for venues and open days would be advantageous
  Excellent communication and customer service skills
  Ability to maximise sales through gaining an understanding of each clients individual requirements - this will involve building strong working relationships
  An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  Meticulous attention to detail with a logical and methodical approach
  Ability to communicate efficiently with people at all levels, both face to face and over the telephone
