Internal Sales Executive - Medical Services - North Birmingham - 25k
A leading Supplier to the NHS is seeking an Internal Sales Executive / Trust Liaison Manager to work at their offices in North Birmingham
They offer a broad range of support services to the NHS on a National account level
The role
  You will be responsible for selling support solutions to NHS trusts across the UK through Account Management and direct solution selling
  To provide a responsive, seamless and efficient link to the different NHS trusts.
  Initiating the sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentations; understanding account requirements.
  Preparing clear and effective quotations for services based on the Trusts requirements
  Emailing quotations in a timely manner and following them up by telephone/email in a timely manner
  Closing sales by building rapport with potential client; highlighting service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
  Expanding sales in existing accounts
  Maintaining a system to ensure all follow up calls are carried out until an outcome is achieved
  Maintaining a central database of Trust contacts, positions and contact details
  Maintaining a daily activity spreadsheet
  Preparing a monthly report showing all marketing activity and outcomes
  Planning, organising and implementing a personal sales strategy
  Proactive and reactive marketing based on information provided by the Business Development function
  Establishing, developing and maintaining personal networks with current and potential customers
Suitable applicants
  B2B business development manager - minimum of 12 months experience
  Possess experience selling service solutions rather than products
  Possess excellent customer account management skills in a professional capacity
  Have excellent communication and customer service skills
  Be able to maximise sales through gaining an understanding of each trusts individual requirements - this will involve building strong working relationships and a high level of trust
  Poses an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  Have a meticulous attention to detail with a logical and methodical approach
  Be able to communicate efficiently with people at all levels, both face to face and over the telephone
  Have the ability to think on your feet to overcome objectives with a suitable solution
