The general purpose of the role is to resource and fill internal and external vacancies, process and monitor all new starters and analyse staff retention data.
Duties include:
  Weekly CV searching across all live internal vacancies
  Advertise for potential employees that will generate the largest/best quality responses
  Conduct face to face interviews of all internal applicants
  Employ various recruitment approaches including head hunting, use of social media sites, graduate and apprentice schemes
  Recruitment administration
  Analyse staff leaver data to ultimately aid staff retention
  Internal web vacancy audit
  Rec-2-Rec management including PSL control, terms review and weekly e-shots
  Job site management - ie. Broadbean - analysing stats to confirm which job sits are performing/underperforming
To be considered for this role you must have HR/Internal Recruiter experience as you need to understand recruitment legalities plus your previous experience will aid you greatly.
