19,000 basic + bonus + pension + 25 days holiday (& 8 statutory)
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7. Will include shift work and weekends on a rota basis.
Our client, a long established Hotel & Conference venue on the outskirts of Birmingham is seeking a Head Receptionist to be the lead person in the reception team, supervising a team of two other receptionists.
Reporting to the General Manager duties will include balancing & banking, updating all internet sites with bedroom rates, invoicing conference bills, carrying out follow up calls, carrying out basic up-selling to guests, covering duty management shifts once settled in.

On offer is a basic salary in the region of 19,000 plus benefits.
