Our client, a leading, well established & privately owned provider of FM business solutions to the Commercial sector is seeking a Field Sales Executive to join their already successful team.
The role:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your typical week will be spent 1 day in the office arranging appointments, sorting out your paperwork & sales administration and 4 days out on the road, visiting clients and pitching for new business. In an average week you will be expected to attend 20 appointments, most of which will be self-generated, but leads will also be provided by the companys marketing department and field based technicians.
The candidate:
To apply for this role you will ideally have a minimum of 12 months b2b field sales experience, although consideration will be given to talented candidates with a strong internal b2b sales pedigree, seeking a move into field sales.
You will have excellent communication & presentation skills, be highly self-motivated and be comfortable in a new business, target driven environment. You must have excellent organisational skills, able to work to a weekly sales plan.
Excellent training will be provided.
On offer is a basic salary in the region of 24,000 plus commission giving an OTE of 40,000 + company car.
