Events Business Development Executive - c27k + OTE 30k + benefits - Worcestershire
My client is a well-respected entertainment and leisure destination that now has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Business Development professional from within the hospitality industry.
Daily duties will include:
  Source new business in key areas specialising in events and conferencing
  Develop new accounts
  Create your own appointments and leads
  Achieve appointment and weekly call target
  Receive clients at the venue and demonstrate what facilities are available
  Negotiate sales
  Work with corporates and agents to deliver new business
  Work as part of a proactive and vibrant team
  Understand the needs of the customer and deliver them in a commercial and practical way
  Manage existing client accounts
To be considered for this role you must have a proactive sales background from within a relevant industry. Be able to demonstrate how you have gone the extra mile for your clients.
Hours of business are 9 -5 but flexibility must be shown to meet the needs of the business. Benefits include 20 days holiday, business expenses, mobile phone and laptop
