eMarketing Coordinator
This leading distribution company is seeking an eBusiness Marketing Coordinator to join their marketing and eBusiness team, based from the company's offices in Warwickshire.
Reporting to the eBusiness Manager, you will be responsible for assiting the growth and development of eBusiness modules within the company and with customers and you will assist in the administration, set up and marketing of new eCommerce systems, whilst maintaining excellent existing applications including the static website, integrated etrading systems and Intranet. This is an exciting and demanding role within a fast moving environment, which offers lots of interest and variety.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
Promoting and managing development and implementation of electronic trading links with customers
Proactive sales and marketing support
Developing good working customer relationships
Supporting customer integrated systems internally and externally
Supporting, monitoring, analysing and reporting on new customer growth
Plan and manage business Connectivity Projects
Develop Customer Service within the department
Implement and train customers and branches onsite
Set up and prepare reports to internal and external organisations
Manage connectivity activity including marketing, advertising and promotion planning
Plan and manage communications
Develop etrading projects and IT Training Guides
Research and develop new or existing business methods
The ideal candidate will be adept in the use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Excel and Word and ideally Internet and email, and will have had some experience in a proactive sales and marketing account managment type role, ideally with exposure to eBusiness and eCommerce. You must also be very IT literate and keen to learn 3rd party systems. Any experience and knowledge of the use of Adobe Photoshop and an interest in graphic design would be an added advantage. Self driven and results orientated, you'll have a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality work and will be a natural forward planner. Comfortable and used to dealing with people at all levels within an organisation, you'll be reliable, tolerant and determined. A team player, who finds it easy to get on with others, you'll also be an excellent face to face and telephone communicator.
