An exciting opportunity to join a specialist division of this multi-national manufacturing organisation who produce a wide range of products for many industry sectors from construction & civil to automotive.
The Customer Services Manager / Internal Sales Manager is a broad & pivotal role within this division, acting as a focal point for customers on a daily basis, whilst working closely with both regional and global sales & marketing teams. Communicating directly with customers, including export accounts, managing quotes, orders, queries & liaising closely with production to ensure the customer's needs are met. Monitoring & reporting on sales trends, managing customer accounts & working with marketing for trade shows & general marketing activities. This role is also supported by a Customer Services Executive.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment, so will be accustomed to customer liaison, the flow of orders through to production & subsequent shipping / freight for delivery. Specific industry experience is not required, more important is a highly positive attitude, great organisational ability & excellent communication skills. You will of course be fully IT literate, and an additional European language such as French, German or Spanish could be advantageous, but is by no means essential. This could be an opportunity for an ambitious & talented individual to take a step forward in their career, with future prospects both within this division & the many others throughout the group.
