Description:
Our client, an International Manufacturing business, is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader for their Birmingham site with immediate effect.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager and managing a team of Customer Services advisors covering both Home and Export Markets, you will be responsible for: ensuring all orders, debits and credits are up to date; arranging all relevant shipment documentation; arranging carriers as required; overseeing key accounts; progressing orders; keeping customer profiles up to date; ensuring that web site enquiries are up to date; keeping the contacts log up to date; producing the shipping log; overseeing company interests in the USA; updating all pricing information.
To apply for this role you will already have a proven track record of achievement within a Customer Service environment and experience of leading a customer service team. You will have excellent IT & communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
