Customer Service Executive (International)
25000-30,000 basic
Our client, based West Midlands, a leading FMCG supplier of health & beauty products to distributors & retailers, is seeking a Customer Services Executive, with a major focus on their Export customers.
Key responsibilities will include:
Communication with Customers - as the main fulcrum between the sales team and the customer, you will be responsible for providing regular updates & feedback on quotations, amendments to orders, delivery dates etc.
Championing Customer Service - working tirelessly to ensure that the customer is 100% satisfied and that there are no outstanding issues.
Accurate Reporting - ensuring you communicate the Customer Service Performance to all stakeholders on a regular basis - full transparency will ensure improvement.
Order Processing - ensuring that all information is uploaded correctly & efficiently as soon as an order is received from the customer - attention to detail is of paramount amount.
Export Documentation - ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed accurately & efficiently.
Team Player - gaining an understanding of not only your own customers' needs and expectations but also those of your colleagues so that you can provide them with a first class customer service if you have to deputise for whatever reason.....it's a win-win situation - your colleagues will return the favour. To apply for this role you will have ideally held a similar Customer Services role within an FMCG environment, if export related then all the better. By nature you will be highly self-motivated, passionate and energetic with a customer centric approach to every task that you undertake. Your attention to detail should be exemplary and you should be 100% committed to developing your career within a vibrant, dynamic environment. Your IT skills should naturally encompass Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point.
On offer is a basic salary up to 30,000 plus benefits.
