An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Sales Manager to join this leading provider of serviced apartment solutions. The serviced apartment market is enjoying significant growth as more and more people are seeking an alternative option to the traditional hotel. The freedom of apartments appeals to all sectors and clients from corporate suites, to family get a ways.
The role holder will be working on the corporate side of the business, and must be able to easily establish, influence, build and maintain relationships with key decision makers in global, multinational companies and SMEs in order to negotiate and develop profitable and sustainable business. This requires an experienced sales person with good territory and time management abilities, and the ability to create a need and turn it into a long term client.
Key responsibilities:
Identify new prospects and follow up leads from the reservations team to develop into business
Attend exhibitions, conferences and networking events to build strong networks
Work closely with the marketing team on regional and national initiatives where appropriate
Draw up proposals/preferred supplier agreements and negotiate rates
Agree terms with clients to ensure the account is correctly setup
Build strong relationships with existing clients to maximise revenue and profitability
Ensure that any problems relating to the business are resolved quickly by working closely with the client and reservation team
Deal with Clients feedback from their stay in an appropriate and timely manner.
Carry out viewings of apartments, and update head office on planned visits
Ensure that internal databases are kept up-to-date with accurate and relevant information held on records
Produce sales activity reports on a weekly basis or as required
Develop a good knowledge and understanding of the business travel industry and the serviced apartment sector
Experience & Qualifications:
You will be Customer Focused with sound commercial Awareness
Able to plan, organise and communicate results
Strong problem solving abilities
Ideally possess experience in a hotel or serviced apartment sales role
Driving License essential

The package on offer includes basic salary 30,000 - 35,000 + bonus and benefits
