Clinical Coordinator- West Midlands - 18k + 22k - Medical/Pharma
A professional private clinic is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to join their head office.
This is fantastic opportunity for an experience clinical coordinator or receptionist, seeking an opportunity to join a growing business delivering a professional service direct to their clients.
You will assist the Doctors when required and liaise with the patients to provide the highest level of service possible.
This role will ideally suit someone with experience and a passion for Pharmacy, Phlebotomy or Beauty
Key Accountabilities:
  Clinical coordinator to the doctor- supporting and assisting where appropriate with patients in the clinical space
  Ensuring medical equipment monitored and organised correctly - Liaising with pharmacies to order stock and ensuring prescriptions are recorded and up to date
  Acting as an ambassador ensuring patients feel welcome and comfortable throughout their experience
  Booking client appointments and providing appropriate information sheets
  Showing clients from one space to another in the clinic, as required
  Day to day organisational and administrative duties including data entry and maintenance of the CRM system
  Ensuring the premises are kept to a professional standard at all times
  Confirming appointments
  Talking to prospective clients about treatments and provide relevant information
  Filing/ scanning/ photocopying patient documents where appropriate
  Attending meetings where appropriate
  Maintaining client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
  Working with the marketing department to actively source new customers
  Account management of existing customer accounts
Qualifications, Applied Knowledge and Skills:
  Experience of the Beauty, Pharmacy or Phlebotomy industry is essential
  NVQ level 3 in Beauty would be advantageous
  Ability to manage your own time and diary effectively
  You will be self-motivated and results-orientated to exceed goals and revenue expectations
  A team player with an outgoing and friendly personality
  Flexible and able to quickly adapt to new situations
  A willingness to adapt working hours and locations depending on requirements
  Ability to work closely with the doctor, and Company Directors and take instruction from both parties
A basic salary of 18k - 22k + a bonus structure and great benefits are available subject to candidates experience and background
