Client Account Manager (EMEA) - Software
30-32,000 basic + bonus + car + lap-top + mobile
Our client, a leading global software provider, is seeking a Client Account Manager to look after their growing interests through the EMEA region. The role will be based in their Birmingham office and will involve extensive travel.
Reporting to the Global Sales Director, the successful candidate will be primarily focused on actively developing & cultivating relationships with existing clients, which in the main are Blue Chip companies with an International presence. Time allowing, the role could also involve some Business Development & Market Research activities.
Specific duties will include: proactively selling products within the client base; identifying contacts for all product lines within the client base; satisfying all inbound requests from clients (new modules, users, upgrades); conducting product demonstrations as required via WebEx; providing quotes & amending agreements as required; working with the wider team to uncover new sales opportunities; maintaining accurate client information in SalesForce; travelling regularly to develop & maintain relationships with accounts.
To be considered for this role you should have a proven track record of achievement within an Account Management role, gained within a software and/or IT services environment. If you have International experience then all the better, although this isn't a pre-requisite. You should be highly self-motivated, ambitious and determined to progress your career with a market leader. You must feel confident demonstrating software to an audience and have first class interpersonal skills. Your organisation and time management skills will be exemplary.
On offer for this role is a basic salary in the region of 30-32,000 basic salary + bonus/commission + car + lap-top + phone.
