Description:
Our clients eBusiness team provide various software solutions to enhance the service to their customers as they increase their eCommerce offerings and grow into new territories.
The role:
As Business Systems Analyst you will engage with internal departments, customers and suppliers to establish the varied business requirements for the diverse projects portfolio. You will produce relevant documentation for the internal development teams or any selected third parties that the company utilise.
You will engage with each stakeholder (internal or external) capturing the requirements before creating the appropriate solution. You will document the business processes and workflows to achieve sign off against the specifications before managing the development and testing phases.
You will be responsible for driving through all stages of the project lifecycle (requirement gathering, producing technical specifications, project management, testing, training, troubleshooting etc) and will be the key point of contact between customer, development team and any third party, ensuring the appropriate controls are in place and adhered to.
The candidate:
Although we do not expect a candidate to have all web development skills, you will have a genuine understanding and experience of software development and the software development lifecycle as well as excellent communication skills. We expect you to have 2 or more years experience in a similar role.

Highly computer literate with the ability to quickly learn 3rd party systems
Commercially minded with strong reporting skills
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects at any one time
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive, resilient, flexible and able to find solutions and remove barriers using own initiative
On offer is a basic salary in the region of 25,000-30,000, subject to experience, plus benefits including 25 days holiday & contributory pension.
