OTE 80k, Car, BUPA, Health Cash Plan, 5% contrib Pension
Business Development Manager - Home Based covering the South of England - 40k OTE 80k (uncapped) + Car, Pension, Health Cash Plan
My client offers consultancy to an impressive portfolio of blue chip clients - they are considered to be experts within their industry and a market leading authority.
Duties would include:
  Deliver sales revenue in excess of 350k per year from selling a broad range of energy products
  Maximise new business opportunities
  Attend new business appointments booked by the Business Development Executive team
  Prepare for meeting utilising your own research in conjunction with the enquiries made by the BDE team
  Deal with a large range of energy users at a senior level who typically spend 100k to 10M pa
  Maintain an in-depth understanding of market movements and services available
  Monitor and report on all activities including a gauge on likelihood of conversion
  Create and write customer proposals
The key requirements and experience that my client requires are:
  In-depth knowledge of the energy procurement sector
  New business sales (not Account Management)
  Private and Corporate, Industrial and Commercial (not SME and/or public sector) sales
  Face to face, high level contacts i.e. Financial Directors, Managing Directors
  Selling a service or solution, consultancy approach
  Structured direct sales in a competitive market, long sales cycle
  Proven track record of sales achievement
