Business Development Manager - 30k + OTE 80k
My client is an executive Recruitment Consultancy and they are seeking high level corporate Business Developers who are have a proven sales track record selling to senior key decision makers such as CEOs, VP, Group Managing Directors.
You must have a passion for new business and a sales track record that reflects this. This role may also suit Recruitment Consultants who prefer to deal with clients on a strategic basis and not have the responsibility for the delivery side of the recruitment lifecycle.
Initially you will be given a specific vertical market in order to build your knowledge base, contact network, and a thorough understanding of the technology to develop the skills you require in order to progress within the organisation. Your main objective will be to open up new clients whilst developing opportunities within their existing client base. Once the relationship has been developed and the client has agreed terms, the BDM will introduce the 360 team in to the client to work with them on the delivery of assignments.
