Business Development Executive - 25k - 30k p.a. (OTE 35k - 40k) - South Redditch
My client is a prestigious Law practice based just south of Redditch, they are seeking a Business Development Executive to build upon and maximise their strong client base.
You should be a business developer currently working for a professional business services company (HR/Accountancy/Legal), looking for a professional career within a highly respected Law firm.
Duties:
  To produce a sales plan and strategy.
  To research potential clients within targeted sectors to include identifying market opportunities by identifying client requirements and assessing the competitors strengths and weaknesses
  To produce target lists and discuss in detail with the legal team to identify potential clients that you intend to approach that week.
  To contact potential clients with a view to arranging meetings for the legal team.
  To maintain an up to date activities list to record all approaches made and the outcomes.
  To produce a weekly report for directors illustrating the number of approaches made, number of appointments made and any follow up action taken
  To build and create a CRM database of existing and target clients and referrers with assistance from support staff.
  To engage with clients and target clients and referrers and to attend events as appropriate.
  To promote cross selling opportunities within the business.
  To sustain relationships with key clients by arranging periodic visits with the legal team, exploring needs and anticipating new opportunities.
  To establish a system of feedback from clients and analyse the results.
  To produce a monthly report of all activities and outcomes.
Person profile:
  A well-presented professional Business development Executive who is Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
  A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance.
  Credible, and comfortable in dealing with clients. Reliable, tolerant, and determined.
  Must have driving licence entitling them to drive in the UK.
  Must be adept in use of Outlook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and case management systems.
  Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator. Able to demonstrate sales success and experience.
The successful candidate will receive training on the different types of legal services offered by my client, thus enhancing their professionalism and ability to promote the business further.
This role is based at my clients offices south of Redditch - however you may be required to travel to see clients to attend 1st meetings & introduce the legal team to the client
This is an exciting role offering the suitable candidate: 25k - 30k p.a. depending upon experience with an OTE of 35k - 40k
