The Company
A successful Midlands based Commercial Cleaning Company, which boasts an impressive client list, is seeking a Business Development Executive, as part of their ongoing expansion plans, to sell their 'tailor made' Cleaning Services.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for new business development throughout the Midlands region, targeting and calling upon a wide cross section of prospective customers including Offices, Commercial, Industrial, Leisure and Factories. Once the account is secured it will then be your responsibility to manage the account and maximise revenue/profit opportunities from it.
The Candidate
To apply for this role you must have a minimum of 2 years 'new business' field sales experience. You will have first class cold call appointment making & quoting skills, and have the confidence and initiative to 'pop into' establishments en-route to a client to see if you can source new business! You need plenty of enthusiasm, drive and ambition and to be used to achieving and exceeding set targets. Furthermore, you need to have a good sense of humour.
This represents an excellent opportunity for someone wishing to work their way up through a company with a view to managing a sales team in a few years time.
The Package
A basic salary of 18-35,000 (depending on experience) is on offer plus a lucrative commission package and company car.
