My client is a well regarded recruitment agency who seeks a Business Development Consultant to join their friendly and established team. Sunday Times Fast Track 100, ALP, REC Audited, Investors in People and Best Company to work for are just a handful of the accreditation's my client has achieved. This is a rich and varied role which would highly appeal to anyone who thinks outside the box and is interested in Birmingham and its businesses based here.
Your main role is to develop new business within allotted postcodes, through networking, industry awareness, attending job fairs, business development calls and meetings. From there you will discuss the excellent and high quality recruitment solutions that are provided by my client either in a business meeting or conference/business call. Many companies will be familiar with the name others may not, and may not have ever considered the benefits of using an agency.
Working alongside the team resourcer you will discuss your clients requirements and find the perfect match. From here you will Account Manage overseeing and ensuring that the client is full satisfied with the level of service and the workforce you are providing.
To be considered for this role you must have a UK full driving licence, B2B sales experience in new business development, highly motivated and enthusiastic, be able to identify accurate sales leads and follow through to completion and a history of recognising the importance of service delivery to retain existing customers
