The business is now seeking a talented BIT/PMO Assessor. We are seeking to attract only the finest talent today.
This role requires the successful candidate to support the BIT function of the business by mentoring learners through their NVQ level 2 or 3 in the workplace.
Headline responsibilities are to assess candidates to awarding body standards undertaking an NVQ level 2 & 3 in BIT, Level 2 QCF Diploma in PMO and Level 2 QCF in Warehousing and Storage Skills. You will work on site to ensure evidence is provided and captured in the learner's portfolio in line with the awarding body. Your motivational skills and can do attitude will provide the learner with the necessary evidence to achieve a recognised qualification within BIT/PMO.
Your role will include providing candidates with individual feedback & actions as specified in the assessment plan and Individual Learner Plan and ensure all portfolios are submitted for IV check in a timely manner.
You will carry out the initial assessments, induction and training, coordinate vocational training and delivery employability and work skills courses as required.
The successful candidate will contribute to making & maintaining relationships with all members of the company and stakeholders, ensuring completion targets are met and learners are on track to achieve their qualification
You will be from a manufacturing background with good warehouse operations experience and a strong knowledge of Kaizen and 5Y. You will hold your A1 or equivalent qualification and have proven experience of working within the work based learning sector. Desirably you will hold you level 3 in BIT or be prepared to work towards it. This role is based in the work place with shift work.
You will be a self motivator with an outgoing personality and ability to work on your own initiative with excellent organisational skills.
