Job Title:
Birmingham Sales Operations Manager
West Midlands
30-35,000 basic + commission + car + 25 days holiday
Our client, a long established & market leading supplier of climate control products & services to major Facilities Management (FM) providers and Blue Chip end users, have a requirement for a Branch Operations Manager based at their Birmingham site.
Reporting to the Regional Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 10, ensuring that the depot achieves its targets and works within the budgets as set out by the company. Specific duties include:
Monitoring and mentoring internal and external sales staff.
Accompanying external sales staff on visits to assess customers and sales executive performance.
Work with the Regional Director in setting budgets and targets.
Targeting major Regional Accounts.
Effectively managing National Accounts.
Recruitment and Training.
Presenting monthly progress and performance reports to the Regional Director.
Monitoring and implementing health & safety within the depot.
Checking & scrutinising P&L accounts for the depot.
To apply for this role you should be highly self driven and results oriented with a clear focus on business profit.
You will be accomplished at managing major account customers and large contracts.
You should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable dealing with senior company executives.
You will have excellent people management skills, be reliable, tolerant and determined.
On offer is a basic salary in the region of 30,000-35,000 plus bonuses & commission + car + lap-top + phone + pension + 25 days holiday.
