Administrator - Buying Department
Due to continuing growth and success of our award winning client we have an opportunity for a new Buying Administrator.
The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the buying team and to effectively liaise with key stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the buying function.
You will mainly be responsible for a number of tasks such as replenishment of Core lines, identifying patterns in sales, running buying reports and working closely with the Design Department to create monthly magazines.
To be considered for this role:
Experience of working within a busy administration role
Experience of working within a fast paced office environment
Strong IT skills and sound experience in Microsoft Packages.
Excellent communication skills; written and oral
Excellent telephone manner
Strong attention to detail
A Can Do attitude
Able to work under pressure
Good time management
Flexible attitude and approach
Ability to manage busy workload and prioritise
Keen willingness to learn.
Desirable Experience and Abilities:
Previous experience working in a Buying Department
Previous experience within the FMCG Industry
