Account Manager
24-26,000 basic; 5,000 bonus + car
Our client, a Blue Chip retail group operating in the leisure sector, is seeking an Account Manager to join their successful B2B team.
Reporting to the Corporate Sales Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for the management of a defined portfolio of existing clients as well as targeted selling to prospective clients, with all activity being geared towards the achievement of personal and business targets. The Account Manager will be required to create new business opportunities from effective client targeting, campaign and lead management.
To apply for this role you will ideally have a proven track record of selling and successfully winning new clients in a B2B environment. You will be able to demonstrate an excellent track record of professional consultative selling, through evidence of achieved targets and complex negotiation. You will also be able to demonstrate effective closing techniques.
Of graduate 'calibre' you will be self motivated, able to work using your own initiative and passionate about delivering the highest level of service to your clients. The ability to work at pace accurately whilst under pressure together with strong organisational skills are essential for this role.
You will need to have the flexibility to travel to client sites throughout the UK.
In return you will receive a basic salary in the 24,000-26,000 range, plus a bonus (upto 5,000 per annum) plus a company car plus many other benefits including 25 days holiday, pension etc.
