Account Manager
This exciting opportunity is for a highly motivated individual to join a successful software company near Solihull. This unique opportunity will allow the successful candidate to join a pioneer in the development of award-winning software products, responsible for customer-focused activities including account management, training and marketing support.
Main Duties:
Account management: of existing customers with the objective of maintaining a high retention / renewal rate and upselling additional services and products
Training: organise and manage customer training (once per month courses) including liaising with attendees and trainers and co-ordinating the training manual updates
Marketing support: supporting the marketing team in the organisation of marketing events and assisting in the implementation of marketing campaigns where required
The Candidate:
You should have a minimum of 18 months experience in an Account Management role, ideally software related (although not absolutely essential).
Strong administration and organisational skills
Computer literacy - including excellent MS office skills (Word and Excel in particular)
Highly organised, process driven and adaptable.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal)
On offer is a basic salary in the region of 22-26,000.
